How we collect it
Most information comes from you when you book a free taster or register on our booking platform, 360Player. We also record attendance and coaching notes during sessions, and you may contact us directly by email or phone.
Who we share it with
We never sell personal information. We share it only where needed:
- 360Player, which runs our registrations, payments and parent communication on our behalf
- Our coaches and welfare officer, who see what they need to run sessions safely
- Our accountants and payment providers, for financial records
- Emergency services, the FA, the local authority or the police, where needed to protect a child or where the law requires it
Some of these providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
- Player and parent records: while the player is with us, then up to 2 years after she leaves
- Financial records: 6 years, as required by law
- Accident and safeguarding records: in line with FA guidance, which can mean until the player turns 25 or longer
- Taster enquiries that don't go further: up to 12 months
