At South London Girls Football Academy, we believe great coaching is about more than football. It’s about inspiring confidence, resilience and a lifelong love of the game in every player who joins us.

We’re always looking for motivated, positive and qualified coaches who share our passion for developing girls’ football. If you’ve got the personality to engage players aged 4–15, and the experience to deliver at a professional club standard, we’d love to hear from you.

What we look for in our coaches

Experience coaching at Development Centre, Emerging Talent Centre or Academy level.

• Minimum UEFA C Licence or Sport related degree, with in-date DBS, Safeguarding and FA First Aid.

• The ability to plan and deliver sessions in line with our academy curriculum.

• Most importantly, character and personality – the spark that brings sessions to life.
